Meeting will take place on Wed., 4/15/26 at the Attitash Grand Summit, Bartlett, NH It will begin at approx. 7pm, however all attendees must arrive no later than 6:45pm
In order for us to be able to prepare for the correct number of attendees, along with being able to verify voting eligibility ahead of time, we are asking that everyone who will be attending the Annual Meeting and is NOT already attending the conference complete the below RSVP. * This RSVP is intended only for those only attending the meeting without already attending the conference. IMPORTANT INFO:
· The meeting is being held at the Attitash Grand Summit, Bartlett, NH
· Attendees MUST arrive no later than 6:45pm in order to check in, verify your voting eligibility, and receive your name badge.
· The meeting will begin approximately at 7:00pm
· If you are not attending the conference, you are not entitled to any food/drink/meals, as those are provided as part of a paid conference or banquet registration.
· A reminder as to the rules as outlined in the NHEDA Bylaws in regards to voting eligibility: You must be a NH dispatcher and also a NHEDA Member in order to be eligible to vote.
