09:00 - Class 1: Assessing and Supporting Communication Needs for Deaf, Blind, and Hard of Hearing Civilians Before and During Emergencies - Taught by: Northeast Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services - Class Description: The presentation will touch on what programs and services are currently available in the state of New Hampshire for DDBHH people that increase accessibility for communication and technology. Then, the presenters will describe the different types of emergencies DDBHH people typically encounter where they need communication access and what solutions are available for such situations.
10:45 - Class 2: Mutualink updates and changes - Taught by: Sean Goodwin - Class Description: Mutualink is three years old in the New Hampshire Public Safety World.  This session will provide a brief history of Mutualink in New Hampshire with emphasis on current Mutualink functionality and the State’s role in maintaining the Mutualink platform.  Additional topics will include a visual tutorial of the system, user license management, the use of provisioned talk groups, and sharing best practices and success stories.  Training tips and opportunities for training and exercises will also be shared.
